Coffee: one of the most popular beverages consumed by many on a daily basis, whether it be in the morning on the way to work or school, or in the afternoon for an energy boost. There are a variety of flavors to choose from when it comes to coffee. The caffeinated beverage can be amended for many seasonal drinks: an iced coffee for summer, pumpkin spice latte for autumn, peppermint cappuccino for a chilly winter day, or a vanilla coffee for spring.
However, fall is upon us. Amongst popular autumn drinks such as apple cider and tea, coffee tops them all. Coffee is a delicious and energizing drink to have when it is a rainy and windy day. Sipping a hot drink on a chilly day is a great way to warm up.
There are several variations when it comes to making coffee: cappuccinos, macchiatos, Americanos, and, my favorite, lattes. If you are looking for an easy, simple, yet delicious coffee, you are in the right place. Here is my all-time favorite at-home fall coffee recipe.
RECIPE (Note: You can use a coffee machine or make the latte from scratch):
- Brew the coffee of your choice. (If you are using instant coffee, add a teaspoon, or two, based on how strong you like your coffee.)
- Add milk (As much as you would like.)
- One teaspoon vanilla extract
- If you like creamer, add a pumpkin spice creamer.
- Finish off with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
